Ladies Strength Training Classes

You know you should be lifting weights, but you don’t know where to start? Then you have come to the right place, I've been coaching ladies to lift weights for 15+ years. Book below or keep reading for more information.

Make It Happen

Ladies classes Tuesday, Thursday and Wednesday at 5pm and 6pm.

Sunday at 11:30am

Morning classes 9:30am on Monday and Friday. 


Classes are in my gym Unit 6 Fitness: Dingwall. They are Β£10 per class, or two classes per week for Β£60 per month. Session are 1 hour.

You can pay as you go, sessions are Β£10

Pay monthly

Β£60 this covers two sessions per week.

I've never lifted weights before and I'm shitting it

I don't expect anyone to break world records on day one, building strength takes time but, it's so worth it. I get that most people are extremely anxious when they first step into the gym, It's the reason I have a private gym. My classes are limited to 6 Ladies per session, its friendly and welcoming.


On your first session we take it easy, our goal is to build you up not burn you out. if that sounds good book your first session below
